Dara DweckFounder and Lead CoachI am committed to connecting with my clients, supporting them through their journeys and letting them feel and know they are “normal” and not alone. I have a lot of life experiences…both personal and professional…that have led me to create a warm, inviting space for transformation.
My personal journey consists of challenges in handling illness and navigating the medical field, dealing with grief and trauma, raising children on my own, caring for elderly parents, and funny enough navigating the dating world! This journey also consists of so many gifts…knowing I am able to move forward and can handle every emotion that comes my way, finding myself again, accomplishing things that I never would have thought possible and a huge knowing that my heart is so big that I can love greatly. My 30-year career spanned many industries (Fortune 500 financial services, cultural/educational, assisted living, community service center) where I forever keep learning and discovering in the Human Resources, Personal and Professional Development and Healing fields. I find so much satisfaction and joy connecting and exploring opportunities with others. I have partnered with many incredible individuals that have transformed their leadership style, created extraordinary teams, fulfilled dreams, and recognized their own inner strengths and purpose. I am humbled and grateful to be able to have a part in meeting people wherever they are, and with an open heart and mind join along with them to fulfill all that they are meant to do and be! |

Dara Dweck, ACC is a member of, and certified by, the International Coach Federation, the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners. ICF Credentials are awarded to professional coaches who have met rigorous education and experience requirements and have demonstrated a comprehensive understanding of the coaching competencies that set the standard in the profession. Achieving credentials through ICF signifies a coach’s commitment to integrity, upholding and mastery of coaching skills, and dedication to clients. Additionally, ICF certified coaches are required to undergo continuing education and renew their credentials on a regular basis.
