Dara is committed to serving those whose life has been impacted by grief and/or loss. She supports those that are ready to move forward in living their lives as well as individuals that want to support others that are struggling. She recognizes that grief is extremely personal and experienced differently by each person. Grief is a result of the death of something. It can show up in various ways, such as: the death of a person, a pet, a relationship (divorce/break-up), a job, financial security, or a home (relocation). Dara has more than seven years experience as a bereavement group facilitator and is formally trained in many modalities that she brings into her sessions when in service to her clients. She combines her professional coach training with internal family systems theories, inner critic work, mindfulness practices, mental fitness theories, end of life doula trainings and grief education. More importantly, she has the heart, strength and ability to listen deeply and create a trusting relationship which allows her clients to transform their lives.
