Finding "You" - Kickstart Your Journey
Are you feeling lost and don't know why? Are you a new parent? Recovering from the loss of a loved one? Going through a career transition? Dealing with a divorce? Are you thinking about retiring? An empty nester? Are you missing something and don’t know what?
If you've answered "Yes" to any of these questions and/or are ready to raise your awareness, set intentions and are motivated to take action, then we are so excited to start a journey of self-discovery with you!
You will have the opportunity to:
- Become more aware of your core values, deep desires and what’s truly important to you.
- Get to know yourself better...understand how balanced or fulfilled your life is at this moment.
- Figure out what could be holding you back from living your best life.
- Uncover your strengths and learn how to use them to your advantage.
- Design and imagine your future life.
All research and exercises are taken from pioneers in the Positive Psychology field and we will be bringing it to you from a group coaching mindset. You will be joining a live cohort that will give you different perspectives, ideas, validation and support.
