Hi, I’m Dara Dweck, a Leadership and Whole Life Coach specializing in grief and loss, life transitions, professional development, and career exploration.
I’m deeply committed to connecting with you and supporting you on your unique journey. Whatever you’ve experienced, please know that it’s valid—and you don’t have to go through it alone.
My own life has been shaped by a wide range of personal and professional experiences, all of which have inspired me to create a warm, welcoming space where true transformation can take place. Over the years, I’ve worked in Human Resources across diverse industries—from Fortune 500 financial services to cultural and educational organizations, assisted living, and community service centers. In addition to being a Coach, I also serve as an instructor for an international coaching school and facilitate bereavement groups.
Through it all, I’ve continued to grow in my understanding of people, personal and professional growth, and the many paths to healing and transformation.
What I’m most passionate about is connecting with people like you—exploring new possibilities together and creating meaningful shifts. I’ve had the joy of partnering with incredible individuals to support them, strengthen their leadership, build high-performing teams, realize long-held dreams, and rediscover their own inner strength and sense of purpose.
My personal path has included navigating illness and the medical system, processing grief and trauma, raising children on my own, caring for aging parents, and even finding love again. Alongside these challenges, I’ve also uncovered so many gifts—like learning how to honor my emotions, redefining who I am, achieving things I once thought impossible, and embracing a life filled with purpose, meaning and love.
