Leadership Coaching
“Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence—and making sure that impact lasts in your absence.” Sheryl Sandberg
“A brave leader is someone who says I see you. I hear you. I don’t have all the answers, but I’m going to keep listening and asking questions.” Brene Brown
I’ve had the privilege of working with leaders and teams across all kinds of roles and industries—from executives to entrepreneurs, nonprofit changemakers to individual contributors. And no matter their role, I’ve noticed that so many of us are carrying the same kinds of questions and challenges.
Maybe you're navigating imposter syndrome, second-guessing your ideas, or struggling with confidence. Maybe you're learning how to speak up in meetings or communicate your ideas more clearly. Maybe you’re preparing for a tough conversation.
Maybe you're trying to motivate others, lead without a title, or simply figure out how to be assertive without feeling like you’re being too much. Or maybe you're just trying to feel more like yourself in the way you work and lead, but are not always sure how.
That’s where coaching comes in. It’s not about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, your voice, and your values. Whether you lead a team or lead through your work, you have the ability to influence, inspire, and grow.
And here’s what I’ve learned through it all: the most loved and respected leaders I’ve worked with aren’t the ones with the fanciest titles or the loudest voices. They’re the ones who take time to get to know their colleagues. They make others feel seen and heard. They focus on people’s strengths. They are curious about others’ lives and aspirations. They show up—consistently and humbly. That’s the kind of leadership I believe in.
Whether you’re just getting curious or ready to dive in, I’d be honored to accompany you on your leadership journey.

“Tell me, what are you going to do with your one and only precious life?” Mary Oliver
“The meaning of life is to find your gift. The purpose of life is to give it away.” Pablo Picasso
In our work together, we’ll co-create sessions that are all about you—your growth, your dreams, and the life you want to build. This is a space where you’ll feel supported, truly heard, and gently guided as you reconnect with what matters most.
If you're navigating a big life transition—like retirement, becoming a parent, finding balance in your work and personal life, starting over in dating, having elderly parents or simply feeling stuck and questioning your purpose or career—you're not alone. These seasons of change can feel overwhelming, but they also hold the possibility for incredible growth and realignment. I'm here to help you move through these moments with clarity, intention, and grace.
We’ll take time to clarify your vision and uncover what helps you feel most alive and fulfilled. You’ll begin to recognize the values and experiences that nourish you and learn simple, lifelong tools to connect more deeply with your body and your inner wisdom. From there, we’ll design intentional steps to help you move forward, in ways that feel aligned with who you are—not who you think you’re supposed to be.
I work with people who are ready (or even just curious) to reimagine their lives with clarity, courage, and purpose. Together, we’ll explore what healing and mind-body awareness looks like for you. We’ll nurture a sense of hope and possibility, reflect on career or life paths that align with your heart, and work to build confidence and self-acceptance from the inside out. Along the way, I’ll offer grounded mindfulness practices to help you stay present and centered, no matter where life takes you.
This is not about fixing or changing who you are—it’s about remembering, reconnecting, and becoming more fully you.
If you're feeling the pull to reconnect with yourself, move through a life transition with more ease, or simply explore what’s next—you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk beside you, every step of the way.
Let’s ConnectGrief and Loss Coaching
“Owning our story, and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do” Brené Brown
"You don’t move on from grief. You move forward with it." David Kessler
I’m deeply committed to supporting people whose lives have been touched by grief and loss. Whether you're finding your way through your own grief or trying to support someone you love, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.
But more than anything, I bring my heart. I listen deeply, hold space without judgment, and work to create a safe and trusting relationship where real healing can happen. This isn’t about “getting over” loss—it’s about gently moving forward, one step at a time, carrying the love, the loss, and everything in between - with gentleness and grace.
I believe grief is incredibly personal—there’s no “right” way to go through it. It can stem from the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship, a pet, a job, financial security, or even a home. Grief shows up in so many forms, and I honor each and every one of them.
I bring a wide range of tools and training into my work. My approach combines professional coaching with Internal Family Systems, inner critic work, mindfulness practices, mental fitness, end-of-life doula training, and grief education. I tailor each session to meet you where you are.
If you're ready to begin that journey, I'm here to walk alongside you.
